-OSKAR- We were asked to take this handsome kid in because he was not behaving in his home.  They were fearful that their child would be put in harms way.  He is a 2 year old boy who thinks he is the one who runs the show.  He is learning the "pack" rules in his foster home and when he starts to have temper tantrums he is shown that it is not going to be tolerated.  He is a very sweet boy and will need a home that can provide structure and guidance.
