This little girl was found running a highway in southern AZ.  She spent a week at the Sierra Vista shelter waiting to be claimed.  When no one came forward, the shelter contacted AZBTR.  Penny was fully Vetted and spayed and while spending time with her foster family she won their hearts.  It was decided that she should remain as part of the family, much to the joy of the resident BT boy in the home.  Roscoe is very happy with his new playmate!
