PT Pablo wandered onto a schoolyard in south Tucson over a year ago. He was very afraid of everyone but eventually warmed up to a young lady who took him in. While she loved him, she was not able to provided any Vet care for him and decided to turn him into AZBTR. We estimate him to be about 3 yrs. of age. He's very sweet with people and has been good with the children in the home. He is a big boy at about 30 lbs. He does not interact well with other dogs and will need to be an only dog. His behavior with cats is unknown. Pablo has been neutered and has had surgery to repair a cherry eye. We will know more about PT Pablo once he gets into a foster home. Update: PT has been keeping company with a foster mom who has many good things to say about his behavior. He has proven to be crate trained, house trained and he is learning some basic commands. He is not fond of other dogs. Update!! PT has won a place in the heart of his foster mom, despite being a bit of a challenge! She is working with a trainer to help him behave more like the gentleman he can be.
