Charlie came to AZBTR from a woman who had found him on the side of the road a month earlier. She had tried to find him a home on her own but was unsuccessful. Charlie came to us in pretty good shape. The vet said he was approximately 2 years old. Charlie is a shy boy and seemed a bit "numb" when we got him. He was quite skittish and afraid of almost everything. Untrusting is a good word to describe it, but who can blame him? Charlie has been adopted by a 2 time AZBTR adopter and former AZBTR foster family. Charlie now lives in Prescott with his deaf BT brother, Newman. This wondeful family recently lost Newman's bt brother "Willie" to cancer. Newman was lost without his "ears". Charlie and Newmie seem to be getting along okay, his new family reports. We are sure with time this little boy will learn the joys of being loved and spoiled by his forever family.
