This sweet girl was surrendered to us because she was spending long hours alone and kenneled. Cheyenne is blind in one eye due to an injury. She is in foster care with Maggie and Radar right now and is doing fine and engaging in play with Maggie (while Radar naps). She isn't extremely fond of her crate, but does okay. It is understandable since she was spending sometimes 12 hours at a time in there. Cheyenne will make someone a very loving loyal companion and she has a lot of good years left in her. Cheyenne has been adopted by a semi-retired couple in Northern Arizona. Her new mom and dad just adore her and she has people who are home with her almost ALL DAY...no more crates for Cheyenne ever again! She gets daily walks in the park and follows mom around everywhere. Cheyenne touched everyone in rescue because she was just so sweet and all she wanted was love. We couldn't be happier with this placement and know that Cheyenne will be loved and cared for (and spoiled) for the rest of her days. Again, a special thank you to her family for taking a senior into their heart.
