Bugsy came into rescue because his family had some personal issues come up and they could no longer give him the care and attention he needed.  So far his foster reports that he is a very sweet boy who has not had many life experiences. He is sweet and affectionate towards the people he has met.  Bugsy does not do well with dogs on walks and will lunge and bark when he sees a dog.  Some training and a confident person who will work on his training is ideal.
