Snickers was surrendered to the rescue with Bingo because the owner could not care for their needs due to physical limitations.  Snickers is friendly and approachable to people and will require the usual slow intro with other dogs. Snickers is overweight and we are currently working on slimming him down to a healthy weight. He is microchipped, neutered and UTD on vaccines.
