Sparky was surrendered to rescue due to a fight in the home with another dog which lead to his eye injury.  His injury needed immediate emergency surgery to remove the eye.  He is doing much better and has proved to be as feisty as his name.  He is most adorable and will make a great family pet in a "no other dog" home.
