Forrest is a smart, happy guy who has lots to say if he thinks he is being ignored. He has a strong aversion to male dogs, but great with females. Housebroken, though will still mark inside if given the chance & outside everywhere. He's a cuddler and will take over your bed or lay almost on top of you - if allowed. He gets along well with other dogs and is a very quick learner. He would prefer to be with you all of the time and will follow where ever you go. Is not great on a leash yet, so you must watch out for cactus for him. Forrest does not seem to be interested in toys & still has puppy qualities. He will need work on his manners as he will jump from couch to chair like a deer to see where you are going. Lots of puppy energy. Forrest is respectful of the water bottle as a reminder of unacceptable behavior and does get reverse sneezing jags when he first begins to walk. It passes in a few minutes. All blood work and tests results came back great. He may have slight allergies given his eyes are sometimes pink and teary. He's ready for his furever home and what a great guy he is. Slight separation anxiety that should ease once he feels secure and safe in his furever home.
