Oscar is a 3 year old Boston Terrier boy.  When he came into rescue he had a cloudy eye, probably from an old eye injury which has developed a glaucoma that can be treated with eye drops.  This friendly boy is neutered, vaccinated, chipped and is placed with a foster parent who wants to keep him forever..
