Hello, I'm Oscar a four year old Pug and I am bonded with my sister Penelope so we have to be adopted together.  I'm a very sweet, friendly, and calm boy.  I recently had to go to the ER vet for breathing problems and was told that I need surgery for stenotic nares so that has to be checked out by the rescue vet before I can be cleared for adoption.  I also need neutered and hopefully that, and access to a dog door in my foster home will help with my tendency to mark.   Penelope and I are good with other dogs but haven't spent any time around children.  Do you have room for a sweet pair?
