**ADOPTION PENDING** Chum-Chum is a handsome 10 year old Boston Terrier recently taken in with his two brothers where he had been raised on a farm in Northern Arizona. Shortly after intake, we discovered Chum-Chum is deaf.  In spite of this handicap, he has an even temperament and he is gentle, loving, and friendly.  Chum-Chum gets along well with other adult dogs and loves attention from people.  We are working on his housebreaking and he has done very well, marking indoors infrequently, asking to go outside.  His complete bloodwork profile determined that Chum-Chum has been exposed to Lyme Disease and his veterinarian has prescribed a course of doxycycline.  90% of dogs exposed to Lyme Disease exhibit no symptoms, and our vet believes that is the case with Chum-Chum.  Following treatment, he will be reevaluated by our vet prior to becoming fully cleared for adoption, probably in August.  Chum-Chum has been vaccinated, neutered, and has had a complete dental.  This mild-mannered and loving boy will make a great family addition!
