Meet Simon, he was an owner surrender and now that he is in our care he will never want for anything.  He needs to be vaccinated, neutered, chipped, nails trimmed, dental and also surgery for a double hernia that he has been carrying around for most of his life.   He is such a chill kinda guy who is getting used to his surroundings.  He is good with other dogs and his foster mom and dad are reporting that he is getting more spunk everyday.
