****MEDICAL HOLD****

Penny was rescued from the county shelter.  Although we don't know much about her yet we know that she is getting along with the other dogs and the kids in her foster home.  She was vetted this week and was spayed, microchipped, blood tested for heartworm (negative) and valley fever (pending results) and she is being treated for a mild cough.  The vet also noted cataracts and at a young age we want to be able to give her sight back if possible. WE HAVE PLACED HER ON A MEDICAL HOLD FOR THE SURGERY WHICH WILL TAKE ABOUT 3 MONTHS FOR HEALING.
