Peanut - This little girl was surrendered to a Humane Society and sadly had to have both eyes removed because they had ruptured. Peanut is learning how to get around using her other senses and she is doing a great job. She does not like to be home alone and she requires bribes like chew sticks and peanut butter filled kongs to keep her busy in a crate. We think she would do best with an owner that is not gone for long periods of time. She gets along with other dogs and enjoys being next to someone all the time. We will not consider a home that has a pool fenced or un-fenced for her safety.
