Ms. Charlie was surrendered due to a change in the dynamics in the home.  Her foster mom has nicknamed her Ms. Wiggles, because she wiggles her butt in excitement.  She is a bit shy and takes some time to warm up to new people but will be very affectionate when she gets to know you.  She is very energetic, she loves walks, belly rubs, and lots of attention. Charlie is crate-trained, potty trained, and loves to play with toys.   She is dog-selective and absolutely cannot be around cats.  We will only consider a home where she is the only dog and will not be able to attend any social settings with other dogs.  

She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped.
